Elmo says, "Happy Birthday!"
This fuzzy monster cake was for an old neighbor of ours. I remember when her mama was expecting and could be found riding her bike around the neighborhood to induce labor! I promised little Jadyn's mom I would do this cake months in advance.
Elmo was a white sponge cake with fresh strawberry buttercream. Details were mostly buttercream, but included fondant, edible glitter and cupcake eyes! Happy 3rd Birthday, little princess!
